Our maintenance contracts cover onsite and remote support to your user’s desktop and laptops. We offer support cover for both PC and Mac operating systems.
Remote Support
We provide remote support to all our clients. This leads to faster response and resolution times for support issues. Using our remote support software our engineers can diagnose and fix many issues quickly and efficiently, without the need for an onsite callout.
Mobile Device Support
Damson offers support for mobile devices such as – Blackberry’s, iPhones and Windows Smartphones. Devices can be covered by your tailored support contract or setup and configured on a per device basis.
